How We met

You came into the library before the christmas break and I knew it was to talk to me. From that day forward I knew you were the one for me. To me it felt like a movie where everything stops and I was blown away by your beauty. I have no idea what was said but I knew I wanted to get to know you more. You say we met in another way but thats how i will always remember us meeting.

Why 11/10

A day I will love and cherish for a lifetime. I remember trying to plan everything for the date and keeping it a secret till the very moment we got down from the car. Nothing went my way that day, the original park i had was too packed, i asked you to get the starbucks because i was running out of time, and the sun was falling too early.

However, once i told you we were having a picnic and seeing how your face lit up i knew none of that was important to me, all that mattered to me was that i got to be with you for a nice picnic.

Then the painting. I remember painting our sunsets and then the idea came and i didnt question it, i knew it was the right decision and the right time. I started painting the question and I remember saying how much you meant to me and how happy those past few months of getting to know you were to me while i was turning my painting to show you and ask you to be mine.

What a day, what a feeling, and i thank God for giving me the blessing to have such a lovely moment with you.
